TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are Triplef2021 s.r.l., a company born from the combination of experience, passion and creativity.
The general terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter: “T&Cs”) apply to all purchases and rentals of personal fashion goods (clothes, shoes and accessories) and furnishing goods (hereinafter: “Products”) on the website www.triplef.it (hereinafter: “Website”), with registered office in Rome, via Cassiodoro 1/a (Italy), VAT number, tax code and registration number with the Companies’ Register of Rome 16098221001, by persons resident in countries where the Website is active.
The purchases of the Products carried out through the Website will see Triplef2021 srl, as seller and/or renter, while the subjects who proceed to the purchase of one or more Products can be:
- Private clients, for purposes which are not related to their own entrepreneurial, commercial, handicraft or professional activity, as purchaser.
- Commercial customers, who purchase for non-personal use as traders, wholesalers, retailers and professionals.
T&Cs are important for both us and you, as they set out what we can expect from each other and also provide you with useful information. You can find more information in the Customer Care section.
From time to time, we update these terms and the “Help” section of the site, therefore kindly check before you make a purchase, as we will always take into account the latest update.
To shop with us the customer must:
- be over 16 years of age;
- be in possession of a credit or debit card belonging to one of the circuits we accept (check at the end of the page for details of the providers we currently accept);
- be authorised to use that credit or debit card (the card is in your name or you have permission to use it.
Placing an order
The contract of sale between Triplef2021 s.r.l. and the Client is to be considered concluded with the sending to the Client of the written confirmation of the shipment, to the e-mail address indicated by the latter with the purchase order. There is a minimum order of 40.00 Euros (excluding VAT), below which the system does not allow the order to be formalised.
The order will only be accepted once payment has been approved and the credit card charged (at which point the contract is concluded on the basis of these terms).
The customer may be able to cancel (not modify) the order within a short period of time after placing the order: the timing will depend on the shipping method selected (and will be indicated in the confirmation email).
The customer will not be able to modify the order, but must cancel it (and/or return the item(s) purchased with the original order) and place a new order.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
If only part of the Products indicated in the order are available, Triplef2021 S.r.l. will contact the Client to ask him/her if he/she intends to cancel the order or is willing to receive only the Products available; in this last case, the Client will be charged only the amount relative to the Products he/she will receive.
Should there be a problem with an order, Triplef2021 s.r.l. will contact you directly. In the case in which a certain Product present in the Client’s order is no longer available, Triplef2021 s.r.l. will not have any obligation to supply such Product, but will only be obliged to promptly inform the Client of this circumstance.
Triplef2021 srl. reserves the right to reduce, at its own discretion, the quantity of Products that can be purchased on the Website.
It is also specified that the images pertaining to the descriptive card of a product could, in some cases, not be perfectly distinctive of its characteristics, but differ in some details. Customer Care is available for any specifications and clarifications.
In rare cases, Triplef2021 s.r.l. may have to refuse or cancel an order or block an account (even if the order had been previously confirmed), for example in the case in which Triplef2021 s.r.l. should notice something particularly unusual in an order or in an account or if the order exceeds the limit of units allowed. Should this occur, the client can always contact Customer Care, which will be happy to find a solution.
Prices and product descriptions
All the prices of the Products, expressed in the currency shown in the shopping cart are understood to be VAT included, if applicable. Triplef2021 s.r.l. will however do its best to ensure that the prices indicated on the website are correct and updated.
The shipping and delivery costs may vary according to the country and will be charged to the Client at the moment of the shipment of the ordered Products, according to the shipping rates in force indicated in the relative section of the website. These additional costs will be clearly visible at the time of checkout and included under ‘Total Cost’.
The Products shall be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer in the order. Complaints regarding goods shipped and not delivered, or delivered to a person other than the one indicated, or any signature disallowances, must be communicated to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Complaints for goods received with broken packaging or with an open or damaged parcel must be reported directly to the courier by writing together with the signature “control reserve”, at the moment of acceptance of the parcel. In these cases, the Customer shall also be required to notify the Customer Service within one (1) day from receipt of the goods.
Normally the Products will be delivered within a maximum of 7 (seven) days from the confirmation of the order by Triplef2021 S.r.l., it being understood that the delivery times can vary according to the country of destination.
Triplef2021 S.r.l. reserves the right, at its own discretion, to refuse, suspend or cancel the delivery or the fulfilment of any of the obligations that derive from the sales or rental contract in the case of presumed fraud, non-fulfilment or violation on behalf of the Client of obligations assumed towards Triplef2021 S.r.l. for previous orders and/or sales or rental contracts.
Triplef2021 S.r.l. will do its best to respect the delivery times; should there be any delays caused by the courier, logistic problems or bad weather conditions, it will provide all the updates and the client will be able to follow the progress of his package.
Returns and refunds for product purchases
Should one of the articles purchased not be suitable to the needs of the Client, he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Within this date, provided that the products are intact, Triplef2021 srl will reimburse the entire amount paid for the purchase of the item, using the same method of payment used to place the order.
Upon receipt of the Products by Triplef2021 s.r.l., the sales contract will be considered annulled to all effects and all the relative obligations, rights or claims will decay, it being understood that if the Products returned to Triplef2021 s.r.l. are damaged, the same will have the right to compensate for this damage with the payment of the products already performed by the Client.
The right of withdrawal applies to the Product purchased by the Client considering it in its entirety. It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the purchased product.
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal under the conditions described above by sending an email to email@example.com, obtaining, where appropriate, authorisation to proceed with the return.
We strongly recommend that you request and obtain a receipt for the return shipment and follow the return procedure. The address of our warehouse is via San Cipriano, 1 – 00136 ROMA.
And after the required time frame?
Triplef2021 s.r.l. does not accept returns of unwanted products, returned after the time periods indicated above. If the client sends a return after the required time, Triplef2021 s.r.l. ay send it back to the sender and ask the client to cover the cost of the shipment.
In case of unusual and inappropriate return activity, for example if the returned items do not correspond to those ordered, Triplef2021 s.r.l. may have to take the decision to deactivate an account and all possible accounts associated to it. In any case, if the customer thinks that an error of judgement has been made, he/she can always contact the Customer Service and Triplef2021 s.r.l. will be happy to reconsider the case.
If the account has been deactivated and the customer needs to return an item, he/she can contact the Customer Service, which will provide a return label but, in this case, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Triplef2021 reserves the right to take legal action if the items returned do not correspond to those ordered.
This regulation does not prejudice the statutory rights of the customer.
What not to do…
It is absolutely forbidden to tamper with the Triplef2021 s.r.l. website, or other services (“Sites”) (e.g. hacking, introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful material or perpetrating attacks aimed at denying services, etc.) or to tamper in any other way with our technical functionalities or to steal clients’ data. These may be considered criminal offences. Triplef2021 s.r.l. will report each of these violations or activities (and all information regarding the persons who committed them) to the competent authorities.
Triplef2021 s.r.l. recommends to use a virus protection software when using any site, including Triplef2021 s.r.l.’s one.
In addition, it is not permitted to use automated systems or software to extract data from our Site (‘screen scraping’).
Intellectual property, software and content
Triplef2021 s.r.l. owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Site and its content. These rights are protected worldwide. All such rights are reserved.
You are permitted to store, print and view the contents of the Triplef2021 s.r.l.’s site for your personal use only. You may not use any part of the site for commercial purposes without its express permission.
In addition, you may not use the logo of Triplef2021s.r.l. or any other brand or trademark (or any symbol that has similar colours) without Triplef2021 s.r.l.’s express permission.
