Price, VAT, Taxes

All Product prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.

For each order placed on the site, if the customer has specifically requested it at the time of the order and has provided a valid VAT number or tax code and filled all the requested fields when registering the Customer Account, Triplef2021 srl will issue an invoice for the shipped goods, sending it to the real-time e-invoices platform (SdI*).

The information provided by the customer at the time of the order will be used for invoicing purposes, and no change in the invoice will be possible after its issue.

Shipping and delivery costs may vary depending on the country and will be charged to the customer at the time of shipment based on the effective shipping rates indicated in the relevant section of the website (LINK). Customers will be able to check delivery costs via the link included in the order confirmation e-mail.

Upon confirmation of shipment, payment will be made by the customer by credit card or by other methods indicated in the respective section of the Website.

*SdI (Sistema di Intercambio) effectively acts as an invoice approval portal, ensuring all taxable transactions are verified in real-time by the Italian tax authorities.

Payments

Payments can be made through the following methods:

• PayPal: with PayPal you can shop in a free and secure way either by credit card or by prepaid card, without sharing your financial information with whoever receives the payment

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

• By advanced bank transfer

PayPal is an online payment system that requires opening an account with PayPal.

By choosing this method, after clicking on PayPal, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter the e-mail and password of the PayPal account or by entering all the data of your credit card, to pay for the order.

For each transaction made with this method, a confirmation e-mail is sent from PayPal.

The amount of the order is debited from the PayPal account at the time of the order.

The order paid with PayPal, before being entrusted to the Courier could be subjected directly with PayPal to a “verification of authenticity” (verification with which the effective ownership of the PayPal account is ascertained).

If a “verification of authenticity” is activated, the customer will be notified by Triplef2021 srl via e-mail.

This verification takes on average 2 working days.

Should PayPal notify Triplef2021 srl of any irregularity, Triplef2021 srl will proceed with the cancellation of the order by giving concurrent communication via e-mail.

In the event of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.

Credit Card

We accept the most common credit cards, as well as debit and prepaid cards, issued exclusively in the Italian territory of the following circuits: Visa and Mastercard.

When paying by credit card, no fees will be charged.

For all credit cards, it is necessary to enter the CVV2 code otherwise the order will be canceled. For Visa and Mastercard credit cards, the CVV2 corresponds to the last 3 digits found on the back of the card.

Please note

It could happen that, after having entered the credit card data and the CVV2, an additional code or some specific data will also be requested. This is because some banking institutions require a specific procedure to enable the use of credit cards online. To find out how to enable your credit card for online purchases or to find the code to enter, you must contact your bank directly.

When the credit card details are entered, only the specified amount is requested from the bank. In some cases, banks notify the customer by sending an SMS. The receipt of the text message is NOT indicative of the card charge but only the temporary holding of the funds necessary for the purchase.

The actual charge on the credit card takes place only at the time of shipment. The order paid by credit card before being entrusted to the Courier could be subjected, directly by the respective bank, to a “verification of authenticity” (verification with which the actual ownership of the credit card is ascertained).

If a “verification of authenticity” is activated, the customer will be notified by Triplef2021 LTD via e-mail.

This verification requires on average:

• 24 hours for orders placed with Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

In case the bank communicates to Triplef2021 srl any irregularity relating to the credit card used, Triplef2021 srl  will proceed with the cancellation of the order by giving concurrent communication via e-mail.

To make the payment by bank transfer it is necessary to use the following bank details:

Before proceeding with the payment, verify you have received the e-mail containing your order confirmation.

Banking policies require that the transfer made is credited to the beneficiary’s current account (Triplef2021 srl ) no earlier than 2-3 working days from the day of its execution.

It is possible to expedite the delivery times by sending the payment slip in advance via e-mail to  contattaci@triplef.it  thus allowing the preparation of the outgoing order. Payment by advance bank transfer provides, in any case, and without exception, that the order is processed once the payment transfer has been received and therefore on the effective date of the current currency rate.

After 10 days from the date of acceptance of the order (date on which the order confirmation is received by e-mail), if the credit of the bank transfer has not been received, Triplef2021 srl will cancel the order.
